After entering the code double-click the little white box and press SELECT anywhere in the game outside of the deck construction menu.

If you have emulator (program that allows you to play other console games on your PC) you can enter cheat codes to unlock many things without playing.
In this case, with cheat codes you can unlock all cards and remove list of banned cards. I did that and IT WORKS!!!

To activate some cheat codes you must to restart EMULATOR and press SELECT when you enter the Game
(to set the Controls go to Options/Controls Setup or press F11)
